How ZakatSuite responds to copyright claims under the DMCA: how to submit a takedown notice, what information to include, and the counter-notice process.
If you believe material on ZakatSuite infringes your copyright, send a notice to info@zakatsuite.com identifying the copyrighted work, the exact URL of the allegedly infringing material, your contact details, and a statement made in good faith that the use is unauthorised, together with a statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that you are authorised to act for the rights holder, and your physical or electronic signature.
If your material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, the URL of the removed material, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts of your location and accepting service from the original complainant. Where a notice and counter-notice conflict, material may be restored in line with the DMCA timetable unless the complainant files court action. Accounts or contributors who repeatedly infringe will be removed.
