Tabuk Ramadan Calendar 2027 — Sehri & Iftar Times

For Tabuk, the table below prints every fasting day of Ramadan 1448 AH — giving the daily fasting times in Tabuk for all 30 days of Ramadan 1448 AH, from 8 February 2027 to Tue, 9 Mar 2027. The month is expected to open on Monday 8 February 2027 — moon sighting permitting — and to close with Eid al-Fitr around 9–10 March 2027. In Tabuk the opening fast lasts 12 hours 24 minutes and the closing one 13 hours 8 minutes; Fajr drifts 25 minutes earlier and Maghrib 19 minutes earlier between the two ends of the table. Every time is computed for Tabuk by the Umm Al-Qura University, Makkah method (Asia/Riyadh). Elsewhere in Saudi Arabia, longitude shifts the minutes; a local mosque timetable outranks this city table wherever the two disagree.

How to read the day in Tabuk: begin it at Fajr (05:55 on day 1, drifting to 05:30 by day 30), end it at Maghrib, and let Sehri finish a few minutes before the Fajr figure as a precaution. Between those two times nothing passes the lips; and the fast it ends has lasted 12 hours 24 minutes growing or shrinking to 13 hours 8 minutes across the table. Break it, as the Sunnah teaches, with dates and water before praying. Notice the drift measured in this table: Fajr moves 25 minutes earlier in total and Maghrib 19 minutes earlier, a minute or two at a time, which is why a printed time from the first week should never be reused in the last. Mark the table's last third: the odd nights beginning at Maghrib on 27 February, 1, 3, 5 and 7 March carry the search for Laylat al-Qadr, and in Tabuk the 27th night — from Maghrib on 5 March — follows a day whose fast ran 05:33 to 18:37.

Hanafi, Shafi'i, Maliki and Hanbali times in Tabuk

One calendar, four madhabs — and only one moving part. Fajr and Maghrib — the two ends of the fast — are not a madhab question in Tabuk: all four schools fast from the same dawn to the same sunset. Asr is the difference: 15:55 on day 1 for Shafi'i, Maliki and Hanbali (shadow equal to length), 16:41 for Hanafi (shadow twice the length), a gap of 46 minutes that widens or narrows only slightly by day 30 (16:06 against 16:58, 52 minutes). Choose your madhab once on the live page and the Asr column, the Today box and the downloadable PDF all follow it — the Sehri and Iftar columns will not change, because they were never in dispute.

Jafari Sehri and Iftar times in Tabuk

For Jafari readers in Tabuk, the live page carries a separate Jafari tab built from this same table. Applied to Tabuk: day 1 Sehri 05:45 (Fajr 05:55 minus 10) and Iftar 18:31 (Maghrib 18:19 plus 12); day 30 Sehri 05:20 and Iftar 18:50. Where your own marja's ruling differs from the 10/12-minute convention, follow that ruling; the tab exists to make the common practice easy to find, not to settle a point of taqlid.

Duas for Sehri and Iftar

Dua at Sehri (intention): Wa bi-sawmi ghadin nawytu min shahri Ramadan — "I intend to keep the fast for tomorrow in the month of Ramadan." Dua at Iftar: Allahumma inni laka sumtu wa bika aamantu wa 'alayka tawakkaltu wa 'ala rizqika aftartu — "O Allah, I fasted for You, I believe in You, I trust in You, and I break my fast with the provision You have given." Keep both short duas by the table in Tabuk: the first is said quietly with the intention before Fajr (05:55 on day 1), the second at the moment of Iftar, with dates and water, before the Maghrib prayer. In the last ten nights add the Laylat al-Qadr dua taught by the Prophet: Allahumma innaka 'afuwwun tuhibbul-'afwa fa'fu 'anni — "O Allah, You are Pardoning and You love pardon, so pardon me."

Notes on this calendar

How this Tabuk calendar was calculated: calculation method Umm Al-Qura University, Makkah, calculation point Tabuk (Asia/Riyadh). Fajr and Isha rest on the method's sun angles; Sunrise, Dhuhr, Asr and Maghrib follow the sun's actual position over Tabuk. Mosques in Tabuk may differ by a minute or two where they add a precaution at Fajr or Maghrib; that difference is deliberate, not an error, and the mosque you pray with is the timetable to follow on the day.

A word about the last row. Ramadan lasts 29 or 30 days and is completed at 30 only if the Shawwal crescent is not sighted on the 29th evening. This table is printed with 30 days so that it covers either case: an Eid announced in Saudi Arabia after 29 fasts retires the last row unused, and its 18:38 Iftar in Tabuk never happens. If Saudi Arabia's start is announced a day later than 8 February 2027, the whole table shifts by one row — the times move with the dates. Calculation methods also matter more at the edges of the day than in the middle: the Umm Al-Qura University, Makkah convention fixes the sun angles for Fajr and Isha used for Tabuk, while Dhuhr, Asr and Maghrib follow the sun directly, which is why timetables from different sources agree on Iftar to the minute but sometimes differ slightly at Fajr and Isha.

A practical closing note for Tabuk: fasts of 12 hours 24 minutes at the start becoming 13 hours 8 minutes by the end. Where health, medication, pregnancy or travel enters the picture, the ruling may change entirely. Read the exemption guides below before deciding anything alone, and ask a scholar where your case is unclear: the fast is precious, and so is the health it was never meant to destroy. May Allah accept your fasts, your night prayers and your giving this month.

Frequently asked questions

When does Ramadan 2027 start in Tabuk?

Ramadan 1448 AH is expected to begin on Monday 8 February 2027 in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, pending the moon sighting that confirms it. If the crescent is not sighted on the expected evening, shift every row by one day; the drift across the month in Tabuk is gradual — Fajr moves 25 minutes earlier in total — so no day's times change abruptly.

What are the Sehri and Iftar times in Tabuk on the first day of Ramadan 2027?

Sehri on the first day in Tabuk must finish by Fajr at 05:55 (Mon, 8 Feb 2027), and the fast is broken at Maghrib 18:19. From that Fajr, nothing is eaten or drunk until Iftar — a fast of 12 hours 24 minutes. By the last day of the table Fajr has moved to 05:30 and Maghrib to 18:38, so check the row for each day rather than reusing the day-1 times.

Which calculation method does the Tabuk Ramadan calendar use?

The Umm Al-Qura University, Makkah convention — the method customary for Tabuk — the convention customary in Saudi Arabia, with times computed for Tabuk (Asia/Riyadh, 28.38, 36.57). Fajr gives the Sehri end time and Maghrib gives Iftar; the method's sun angles are what fix Fajr at 05:55 and Isha at 20:19 on day 1, while Dhuhr (12:48) and Maghrib follow the sun directly. Communities and mosques occasionally adjust by a minute or two for precaution, so treat your local mosque's timetable as final where it differs slightly. A branded PDF calendar for Tabuk, in the madhab you select, can be downloaded from the live version of this page.

Why are there two Asr times for Tabuk, and which one should I use?

Only Asr changes with the madhab in Tabuk; Fajr (Sehri) and Maghrib (Iftar) are identical for everyone. In Tabuk on day 1 that is 15:55 for Shafi'i, Maliki and Hanbali worshippers and 16:41 for Hanafi worshippers — 46 minutes apart. The difference comes from the shadow rule: the first three schools begin Asr when an object's shadow equals its length (besides the noon shadow), while the Hanafi school waits until the shadow is twice the length. If you pray in congregation, follow your mosque's column; the printed table keeps both so a household of mixed madhabs can still share one calendar.

What is the longest fast in Tabuk during Ramadan 2027?

Day 30 is the longest in Tabuk: 13 hours 8 minutes between Fajr 05:30 and Maghrib 18:38. Day 1 lasts 12 hours 24 minutes and the last day 13 hours 8 minutes, with the shortest fast — day 1, 12 hours 24 minutes — in between. Because the month falls in late winter at Tabuk's latitude (28.4), daylight is lengthening through Ramadan: each week the fast starts a little earlier and ends a little later than the week before.

What are the Jafari (Shia) Sehri and Iftar times in Tabuk?

The Jafari tab on this page applies the customary precaution: Sehri ends 10 minutes before the Fajr in the main table, and Iftar begins 12 minutes after Maghrib. For Tabuk on day 1: Sehri 05:45 and Iftar 18:31. By day 30 those precautionary times have moved to 05:20 and 18:50. Treat the Jafari times as the precautionary practice they are labelled as, and follow your own marja's guidance where it differs.
